Our answers to your questions

Do I have to come to the ski school when I arrive? Do I have to show something to the ski instructor?
From the flocon level, if you already paid for your lessons, have collected your ski-passes, have an insurance and know where the meeting point is, you don't need to come to our office.
You don't need to show anything to the ski instructor, they have the names of their students on their phone. But just in case, keep the invoice you received by e-mail.
I'm not sure about my child's level. In which lesson should I register him?
If you have a doubt, you can use the "What is my level" tool, and if it does not help, you can also contact us. Our instructors always carry out a small assessment on the first day to ensure that all children are registered in the correct level. If your child is not registered in the right group, we will move them to a lesson of their level, if their is still availability. HOWEVER, please note that it is not always possible to change children to another group level during our busiest weeks.
I will only be here for 5 days, does this make the group lesson cheaper?
Whether it is for 5 or 6 days, the price is the same as it is a fixed price for the whole package.
I will arrive in Auris on a Tuesday, can I still book a group lesson?
Our lessons start on Sunday and finish on Friday, it's not possible to start group lessons in the middle of the week. Alternatively, we offer private lessons.
How many children are there per lesson?
The number of children varies according to the week. For example, school holiday weeks are the busiest. During this period, the number of students per group should be around 12.
Morning classes are fully booked, is there a solution?
Contact us, there is a waiting list. But please book for afternoon lessons, otherwise you might not have lessons at all. If we have a spot available, we will contact you and change you to the morning lessons if it's still ok for you.
My kids have the same level and I already booked. Can they be together in the same group?
Groups are made by the ski instructors. You can ask them on the 1st day to keep your kids in the same group.
When should I bring ski sticks?
From the 2nd star level, your children will need ski sticks on their first day.
1st star level will not need ski sticks on their first day, but the instructor will ask you to bring them at some point during the week.
