Our answers to your questions

Do I have to come to the ski school when I arrive ? Do I have to show something to the ski instructor?
If you already paid your courses, and you already have your ski-passes in insurances, and you know where the meeting point is, you don't need to come to our office.
You don't need to show anything to the ski instructor, they have the names of their students on their phone. But just in case, keep the invoice you received by e-mail.
Do you provide the ski equipment?
No, we don't provide equipment. The sports shops in the resort are there for that, and will be able to advise you on the choice of equipment according to your level and to your wishes. Let professionals guide you!
When should I bring ski sticks?
From the 2st star level, the children will need ski sticks on their first day.
1st star level will not need ski sticks on their first day, but the instructor will ask you to bring them at some point during the week.
From Piou Piou to flocon levels, the children will not need ski sticks.
Am I insured by my credit card?
As each card is different, contact your bank directly to find out all the conditions for your coverage (rescue, repatriation, treatments refund, ski lessons refund, ski lift passes refund, etc.)!
Morning classes are fully booked, is there a solution?
Contact us, there is a waiting list. But please book for afternoon lessons, otherwise you might not have lessons at all. If we have a spot available, we will contact you and change you to the morning lessons if it's still ok for you.
I will arrive in Auris on a Tuesday, can I still book a group lesson?
Our lessons start on Sunday and finish on Friday, it's not possible to start group lessons in the middle of the week. Alternatively, we offer private lessons.
My kids have the same level and I already booked. Can they be together in the same group?
Groups are made by the ski instructors. You can ask them on the 1st day to keep your kids in the same group.
